Fitness Centre policies help to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Wear appropriate attire. Athletic clothing, closed‑toe shoes, long hair tied back. Avoid sandals, boots, jeans, or restrictive clothing.
Step 2: Use headphones for personal music.
Step 3: Avoid dropping weights or creating unnecessary noise.
Step 4: Share equipment and avoid extended periods of machine use during busy times.
Step 5: Follow all posted signage and instructions.
Step 6: Respect others’ personal space and gym etiquette.
Step 7: Report any unsafe or damaged equipment to staff.
Step 8: If an injury occurs, report the injury to staff. Call security for first aid assistance.
