The Fitness Centre includes cardio machines, strength equipment, free weights, and accessories. Proper and safe use of equipment is required to use the Fitness Centre.

Step 1: Select the equipment appropriate for your workout plan.

Step 3: Adjust seats, handles, or resistance before starting.

Step 7: Return mats, bands, and accessories to their assigned areas.
