Salmon Arm drive-thru event warms hearts

Students at the Salmon Arm campus were treated to a special drive-thru event on Feb. 12. The campus got into the spirit of Valentine’s Day by sharing treats and supplies with students at the special event.

Students drove to the front of campus and were greeted by staff who gifted them a goodie bag filled with chocolates, sweets, school supplies and even a Booster Juice gift card. This event marks the third drive-thru event the campus has held.

With limited face-to-face interactions this academic year, events like these have given staff in Salmon Arm the opportunity to express support and gratitude to students. Even with -10-degree weather and an ongoing trend of cold temperatures, it was a special time to give care and support.
