How to Register

Once you have been accepted into your program you may need to register into your courses online via our registration portal.

Please review the lists below to determine if you must register yourself.

You can also view your registration by clicking View My Schedule on myOkanagan.

The 'Plan Ahead' option in Banner Self-service allows you to build your schedule before your registration date. Once your registration window opens, you can register for some or all of your courses directly from your plan. Learn more about Plan Ahead.

Your time has come to register. We recommend you take advantage of the Plan Ahead functionality for ease of registration.

Some programs use self-service block registration, where your required courses are selected for you.

New students in block programs must register themselves in their assigned block through their myOkanagan account.

If you are in a block program, follow the Block Registration Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Returning students will be registered in their block courses by Okanagan College. For example, students entering Year 2 will be registered for their Year 2 block courses.

Depending on your program, you may be registered in all courses for your program, or only in your first-year courses.

More information about how the waitlisting process works at Okanagan College is available here.
