Verification of enrolment - International students
International students who need a Verification of Enrolment (VOE) for immigration purposes, please follow the steps below.
If you need a VOE for non-immigration purposes (employment, banking, ICBC, scholarships, etc.), do not use this form. Request it through myOkanagan here: https://ssb.okanagan.bc.ca/ocprod/bwskrqst.p_disp_term_type

How long will it take to receive my VOE?
3-5 business days: TRV, inviting family, travel to other countries/other immigration
10-20 business days: Study permit extensions and amendments
Where and how will my VOE be sent?
It will be emailed as a PDF to your myOkanagan/Outlook/Webmail account.

According to Okanagan College policy, the office of the registrar will only provide Verification of enrolment information to the student unless the student has given written consent to release the information to someone else.
