Please look to the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section located at the bottom of the website to find our payment options. Payment options are differentiated based on desired campus.

Reminder for current housing students:
If you are currently living in housing and would like to come back for another semester or term, you must apply again.

If you are approved for housing, you will receive an official acceptance letter to the email you provide in your application.

Acceptances are sent out based on first come first served and our priority acceptance.

on the Housing Portal. This can only be completed once you have been accepted.

In late June, the roommate matching portal will open, allowing you to view and communicate with potential roommate matches. To participate in roommate matching, your housing account needs to be in good standing. This means full payment and all the necessary steps are completed.

If you do not find a match in the portal, or do not find the correct number of roommates, we will match you to a roommate according to your profile answers.

If there is a specific person you want to live with, we ask that you and your friend email us requesting that you both want to room together. We cannot guarantee that you will be roommates, however, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Certain programs do not follow standard academic schedules. Students may move into or out of shared accommodations at different times throughout the year based on their individual program dates. As a result, roommate changes may occur during your stay.

All rooms are cleaned before a new student moves in. However, shared accommodations are actively lived-in spaces, and students are responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness of common areas and shared living spaces. We encourage all residents to be respectful, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive roommate experience.
