How to Reset Your Password

If you are struggling to login, you can reset your password.

Step 1: Please select the 'Forgot Password' on the main login page.

Step 2: Once you have selected 'Forgot Password', you will be prompted to enter your family account user name.

Step 3: Please select 'Continue' and a password reset link will be sent to your email address associated with your profile.

Step 4: Once you have received the email, you can select the link within the email and you will be navigated to create a new password.
