Use of the OC brand in ways that are public-facing should be approved through the College Relations department. Please reach out to us early, so we have enough time to create promotional assets.
College Relations now has a general ticketing system in place to help manage requests for support. The ticketing system is for those within Okanagan College and can be accessed through the button above or in myOkanagan under Service Requests.
A minimum of two to four weeks is preferred for design requests.

Brand consistency is critical to our success. To establish a strong brand architecture, follow these guidelines for our logo usage.

Used as our parent brand. This is our main brandmark that will be used on almost all student and public-facing publications, both digital and print.
The secondary logo provides a more condensed (vertical) option for products with narrow widths such as foldable brochures or Instagram Stories Ads.
Departments and portfolio names will use the OC icon instead of the primary logo. Endorsed brands will also use the OC icon.
Wayfinding throughout the OC campus and student facing departments are treated consistently. As new, on-campus fixed signage is developed, we will use the font Modern Era Bold in the colour Cabernet.

For employee and students' general use in reports, presentations, letters, etc., Avenir Next is our primary font. Please note that professionally designed materials created by our internal or external graphic designers will use an alternative font set. Contact College Relations for more information.

How to add an e-signature to Outlook:
If you have an acknowledgement in your e-signature, you can update it to OC's new land acknowledgement, approved by the Sylix and Secwépemc Nations, in 2025.
