As part of Connections, OC employees learned more about the OCServesUp program and new ways to support students who may be struggling financially during this challenging time.

Okanagan College Culinary and Pastry Arts students have launched OCServesUp, an innovative new program designed to hone their skills while providing free, nutritious meals for fellow students who are in need.

Thanks to generous sponsors who have supported the pilot costs of the program, a gift of $24 can provide 10 meals to students in need.

The Okanagan College Foundation is asking the OC community to help raise an additional $15,000 by Thanksgiving Day on Monday October 12 to ensure our students are fed this semester. Your gift will ensure our students have warm meals from now to December.

Simple and easy ways to give:

Okanagan College employees raised over $1,400 over the course of the Connections 2020 conference kickoff. Help OC reach its goal by October 12 to be able to serve over 6,000 free meals to students.
