Infusions Restaurant

Thank you for your support of our student-led restaurant Infusions on the Kelowna campus.

We have temporarily paused operations to allow our culinary team to focus more energy on planning for a new restaurant and café that will be located in the Centre for Food, Wine and Tourism when it opens in Fall 2027.

There is no impact to students as our culinary students will be out in the community, getting hands on experience working in local restaurants each week.

When the Centre for Food, Wine and Tourism opens in 2027, it will include a new restaurant, with a new name and new exciting menus, aligned to the College’s vision to be a leader in food, wine and tourism education.
