Submit an event or important date

The Okanagan College calendar is reserved for events associated with the College or hosted by the College that appeal to students, employees, and the community. All events will be reviewed prior to publication.

Events should be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date and may take up to five business days to get posted online.

Enter a short, clear name. Example: Spring Open House - Kelowna Campus

Is this a single-day or multi-day event?
First day of the event.
Last day of the event.
When the event begins on the first day.
When the event ends on the final day.
Describe the repeat pattern in plain language.
Examples
  • First Monday of every month
  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 9-11 AM
  • Every weekday except holidays
  • Varies by term - see details above
Please include location (address/room), contact details, registration links and any key information.

Please ensure to use a landscape image, 600×400px recommended. Image will appear cropped or blurry, if you use a different aspect ratio or a lower quality image.

Location
For off-campus public events, select the relevant community. Choose OC-wide for all campuses or Virtual for online events. Use 'Other' for off-campus or external locations and describe it in the details field.
Displays the event only in the main/default feed (e.g. Homepage, main Events feed). It will not appear in any department or tagged feeds.
Choose this to display the event on selected department pages, tags or specific feeds. This will also show the event in the main feeds.
Enter one or more pages, tags or feeds where the event should appear.
