Considering a future in Kinesiology? 

Join us to learn more about our diploma program that explores how physical activity affects health, quality of life, and communities while building a broad foundation in exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, psychology, and biomechanics. 

You'll have five options to choose from: Fitness, Health Science, Recreation, Education, or General Studies, allowing you to shape your studies around your interests and future plans. 

The diploma can also provide a pathway to further education, with transfer opportunities toward bachelor's degrees in kinesiology, human kinetics, education, and related fields.
