Camp OC Help Center

Camp OC's Help Center will provide you with clear how-to guides and helpful answers to any questions or concerns you may have.

How-To Guides

  1. Navigate to Camp OC's shopping webpage here to create your account
  2. Under the "Create a New Family Account" section, enter the following information:
    1. Family Contact First Name
    2. Family Contact Last Name
    3. Family Contact Email Address
    4. Choose a User Name
  3. Press "Create Account"
  4. Enter the remaining required information
    1. Family Group Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Telephone
    4. Address
  5. Press "Continue"

Once you select "Continue", you will receive an email indicating that your Okanagan College new account has been created and that you will need to set a password for your account. Within the email, please select the "Click Here" link and create a password for your account.

  1. Navigate to Camp OC's shopping webpage here to login to your family account
  2. Under the "I have a Family Account already", please enter your user name and password to login
  3. Press "Log In" to log in to your existing account
  1. If you are not already within your Profile, navigate to your Profile by selecting your Account Name in the top right-hand corner beside the Log Out button
  2. Navigate to "Manage Members"
  3. Select "Add a Member"
  4. Within the Add a Member popup, you will have 2 options, please see below options and the corresponding instructions:
    1. "Invite a Family Member" - Select this option if your child already has an existing student account
      1. Enter existing user name for your child's student account
      2. Press "Invite a Family Member"
    2. "Add a Family Member" - Select this option if you need to create a new student account for your child
      1. By pressing this option, you will be navigated to the "Group/Family Member Profile" page
      2. Enter the mandatory fields on this page for your child's student account
      3. Press "Save"

To reset your family account password, please select the 'Forgot Password' on the main login page. Once you have selected 'Forgot Password', you will be prompted to enter your family account user name. Please select 'Continue' and a password reset link will be sent to your email address associated with your profile.

Once you have received the email, you can select the link within the email and you will be navigated to create a new password.

Please note that your profile and the ability to add a camp to your cart is done within a separate website to where you browse for your camps. When you are browsing for camps and go to choose a specific camp that you wish to add to your cart, you will be navigated to a separate website which includes the ability to check the camps availability and add to your shopping cart.

Once you have added a camp to your cart, please make sure to navigate back to the main Camp OC website for optimal browsing of camps.

Note: The website that includes the ability to add camps to your cart is the same website that your profile is created in.

If the camp your child wants to attend is full, please email campoc@okanagan.bc.ca to be added to the waitlist. Waitlist requests are processed in the order they come in. In your email, please provide the following information:

  • Group Number (G00xxxx)
  • Your Child's first and last name
  • Campus
  • Camp ID Number (CAMP 1100)
  • Start Date

Please Note: We do not accept waitlist requests over the phone

When a spot becomes available:

  • the first person on the waitlist will receive an email with the option to enroll in the camp. In order to enroll in this section, or if you are no longer interested in the course, please call us at 250-862-5480.
  • Your invitation to enroll is valid for 72 hours. If we don't hear from you within 72 hours, you will be removed from the waitlist.
  • Once your child has been registered in the waitlisted course, you will have 24 hours to pay for the camp. If payment is not received within 24 hours - your child will be dropped from the camp and the spot will go to the next person on the wait list.
  • If your child is already enrolled in a camp, and you are offered a seat from the waitlist, you must call Okanagan College to transfer from one camp to another.

To withdraw from a camp, please login to your family account online and request the drop through your family member's Enrollment History. Withdrawal requests can also be made by emailing campoc@okanagan.bc.ca 

If you would like to transfer your child from one camp to another, you must submit a transfer request via email. Please email campoc@okanagan.bc.ca and our staff will contact you in the order of inquiry.
