Okanagan College welcomes Mary Kline as Director, Continuing Studies & Corporate Training
Okanagan College is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Kline as Director of Continuing Studies & Corporate Training. This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for lifelong learning and workforce development programs at Okanagan College.
Mary began her career with Okanagan College in Revelstoke in 2008 and has held a variety of leadership roles within the department, including Program Coordinator, Program Administrator, Associate Director and Interim Director. Prior to joining Okanagan College, Mary worked with community organizations such as WorkBC and Community Connections.
“Mary brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to student success and community engagement,” says Dr. Samantha Lenci, Provost and Vice President, Academic. “Her leadership will continue to strengthen our programs and partnerships across the region.”
With extensive experience in post-secondary administration, Mary specializes in developing and delivering educational programming, securing grant and contract funding, and fostering strong community engagement. She has also served on numerous local, regional, internal and provincial education boards and committees, contributing her expertise to advance educational initiatives across British Columbia.
“I am excited to step into this role and continue working with our dedicated team to create meaningful learning opportunities for students and communities,” says Mary. “I look forward to building on the strong foundation we have and exploring new ways to connect learners with opportunities that make a real difference in their lives and careers.”
Continuing Studies & Corporate Training plays a vital role in supporting lifelong learning and workforce development across the region. Under Mary’s leadership, this work will continue to expand, ensuring Okanagan College remains a trusted partner in education and skills development.
Mary’s first day as Director will be Jan. 12, 2026.
