Take Our Kids to Work 2021

After a hiatus last year, OC will once again participate in the National Take our Kids to Work Day in 2021. We are excited to once again be able to provide children of OC team members with this window into life at OC!

On Nov. 3, employees with children in participating school districts and who wish to bring their child to work may do so. Public Affairs and Human Resources consulted with Interior Health and the College’s Occupational Health and Safety team, and it was determined that the protocols in place will allow for a healthy and safe observation of the event this year. All visitors to OC must complete a personal daily health check before coming on campus and wear a mask when indoors (you can review the College’s mask directive for more details).

If bringing your child to work, please let your supervisor know in advance and discuss any seating/space/safety considerations and to ensure it will work for your department or area; if you have any questions, please contact Public Affairs.
