Employee Excellence Awards nominations open
People Services is pleased to announce that the 2023 Employee Excellence Award nomination process is in full-swing and ready for your submissions until the May 31 deadline.
We have had many stand-out team members this year who have gone the extra mile. The Employee Excellence Awards is an opportunity to recognize the amazing work and accomplishments of your colleagues’ and their contribution in making the Okanagan College an inspiring place to learn, engage, and flourish.
There are several awards where employees can submit a nomination:
- College Engagement Award
- Community Mentorship Award
- Courage to be Creative Award
- Instructional Excellence Award
- Leadership Award
- President’s Award
- Service Excellence Award
