Complete your Employee Experience Survey by Nov. 30

Congratulations to Reinhard Foerderer (Culinary) and Carly Hall (Health and Social Development) for winning draw prizes for completing the 2022 Employee Experience Survey! Reinhard won the super early bird prize, and Carly won the early bird prize.

As of Monday, 45.6% of OC employees have submitted their survey responses online. Every piece of feedback matters. There’s still time to participate in the 2022 Okanagan College Employee Experience Survey and boost that response rate. The higher the response rate, the more representative a picture we can build of the experience of OC employees.

There are two more gift baskets available! Complete the survey and click submit by Nov. 30, and automatically be entered into the draw.

To complete the survey, check your OC email for the message from Institutional Research on Nov. 7, which includes a secure link to the online survey.

Responses to the Employee Experience survey questions are kept anonymous and confidential. Departments with less than 10 responses will not be reported on the departmental level, and employees can choose not to respond to any question including the demographic questions.

Input gathered across OC will provide OC with an understanding of what topics are important across our sites, departments and portfolios. The survey feedback will offer ideas for improvements and gives OC a baseline for future employee engagement.
