Experience an unforgettable evening of fine wine and local flavours at Infusions Restaurant, hosted by our talented PC2 Culinary Arts students in collaboration with Quails’ Gate Winery.
Enjoy a five-course dinner expertly paired with a selection of Quails’ Gate wines. The menu will feature lamb, duck, and seasonal BC ingredients, thoughtfully crafted by our students and finalized closer to the event.
Guests will also hear from special speakers.
