Student Employment Project Proposal - Services
Complete one (1) Job Proposal form for each job description. Several students can be hired to do the same position under one submission. For pan-institutional projects, a submission is required for each campus.
Please note, the number of total hours requested on an annual basis far outweighs what we are able to fund. Thus, not every proposal will be funded or receive the amount of hours requested.
The Project Supervisor is the individual who is responsible for:
- hiring and supervising the student(s);
- reviewing and approving timesheets through Etrieve;
- maintaining a record of utilized hours;
- not going over allocated hours.
All job descriptions (current and new) are subject to Human Resources approval.
